Time Travel America creates educational, cinematic, location-based historical storytelling experiences. Our goal is to help visitors imagine history where it happened while encouraging them to explore the real places, museums, churches, monuments, historic houses, and cultural sites connected to each story.

This Disclaimer applies to the Time Travel America website, Time Travel Plymouth, digital tours, videos, maps, narration, images, AI-assisted reconstructions, written materials, and related content.

1. Educational and Interpretive Content

Time Travel America content is created for educational, cultural, and storytelling purposes. We make reasonable efforts to base our tours on historical research, site references, available records, present-day photography, archival materials, and informed interpretation. However, history can involve incomplete records, disputed accounts, evolving scholarship, and multiple perspectives. Our videos should be understood as historically informed storytelling, not as official academic, museum, religious, legal, or institutional interpretation.

2. AI-Assisted Historical Reconstruction

Some images and scenes in Time Travel America and Time Travel Plymouth use AI-assisted visual reconstruction. These reconstructions are designed to help viewers imagine historical moments, people, buildings, interiors, landscapes, and events that can no longer be directly filmed or photographed. AI-assisted scenes may not depict the exact appearance, contents, people, clothing, colors, furnishings, scale, or interpretation of every historical site or event. Unless specifically stated otherwise, reconstructed scenes should be understood as educational visualizations, not exact documentary records. Whenever possible, real present-day locations, exterior views, site photography, drone footage, known architectural details, archival references, and institution-provided materials are used as visual anchors.

3. Historic Sites and Institutional Endorsement

Time Travel America may feature or refer to public landmarks, museums, churches, historic houses, monuments, cemeteries, businesses, tourism locations, and other places. Unless specifically stated in writing, inclusion of a location does not mean that the location, owner, operator, church, museum, town, business, institution, or organization has endorsed, sponsored, approved, reviewed, or partnered with Time Travel America.

Some locations may provide access, information, review, images, or other support. When appropriate and approved, those relationships may be acknowledged separately.

4. Not a Replacement for Historic Sites

Time Travel America is designed to support real historic sites, not replace them. We encourage visitors to enter museums, churches, historic homes, visitor centers, and cultural sites when they are open to the public, and to support the organizations that preserve and interpret these places. Our videos are intended to deepen interest and appreciation, not substitute for the full experience offered by the people and institutions who care for these sites.

5. Self-Guided Walking Tour Responsibility

Time Travel America tours are self-guided digital experiences. Visitors are responsible for their own safety, route decisions, timing, weather preparation, physical ability, device use, and awareness of surroundings. Walking through public areas may involve risks, including uneven sidewalks, curbs, steps, traffic, weather, crowds, construction, limited visibility, and other conditions. Do not watch videos, read text, or use your phone while crossing streets, driving, biking, or walking in a way that could create danger. Always obey traffic laws, posted signs, site rules, and instructions from local authorities or site staff. Walking-tour and location-based experiences commonly use assumption-of-risk language because participants encounter real-world conditions outside the operator’s control.

6. Third-Party Locations, Hours, and Access

Time Travel America does not control the hours, admissions, exhibits, staffing, accessibility, closures, safety conditions, visitor rules, photography policies, or pricing of third-party locations. A site may be closed, restricted, ticketed, privately owned, under renovation, or unavailable at the time of your visit. Visitors are responsible for respecting property boundaries, posted rules, admission requirements, and the instructions of site staff.

7. Maps, Routes, and Directions

Maps, route suggestions, walking paths, stop order, and directional information are provided for general convenience. They may not reflect current road work, closures, sidewalk conditions, traffic, weather, accessibility conditions, or local restrictions. Visitors should use personal judgment and follow current conditions, signs, and official directions.

8. Accessibility

Time Travel America aims to make its digital content useful to a broad audience. However, historic areas and third-party sites may include uneven surfaces, stairs, slopes, narrow entrances, limited seating, weather exposure, or other accessibility challenges. We do not control the accessibility of public streets, sidewalks, private businesses, museums, churches, historic houses, cemeteries, or other third-party locations. Visitors should evaluate their own needs before beginning a tour.

9. Sponsored, Partner, or Affiliate Relationships

Time Travel America may work with tourism organizations, museums, churches, historic sites, hotels, restaurants, shops, sponsors, advertisers, affiliates, or other partners. Where a relationship is paid, sponsored, promotional, affiliate-based, or otherwise material, Time Travel America will aim to describe it accurately and avoid misleading visitors. A sponsor, advertiser, affiliate, or partner relationship does not necessarily mean that the partner controls, approves, or endorses all historical content unless specifically stated. FTC endorsement guidance emphasizes that endorsements and material connections should be truthful and not misleading.

10. Images, Likenesses, and Reconstructions

Some historical people, crowds, workers, worshipers, families, or public scenes may be represented through AI-assisted or staged visual reconstruction. These people are generally illustrative and should not be understood as exact portraits unless specifically identified. Modern visitors or identifiable individuals will not intentionally be represented in promotional or tour materials without appropriate permission where required.

11. Content Ownership

Time Travel America content, including videos, narration, scripts, images, maps, tour structure, written materials, branding, edited sequences, and AI-assisted reconstructions, is owned by Time Travel America or used under license, permission, public-domain status, fair-use analysis, or other lawful basis. Visitors may not copy, download, screen-record, repost, sell, redistribute, or commercially use Time Travel America content without written permission.

12. No Professional Advice

Time Travel America content is not legal, medical, religious, safety, travel, academic, architectural, engineering, or professional advice. It is provided for educational, cultural, tourism, and storytelling purposes only.
